believe that is misspeak. Russ had a long run in some native french speaking thread that dealt with individual issues, before spinning himself off into the newsletter bidness.

PS...GPM was hot and heavy in 2000...because Maastricht Treaty shennigans were ongoing and the EU was made effective 12.31.1999 midnight. Gold price suppression was at its zenith then in order to get the EMU launched, not unlike what's going on now to get get the AMU launched.

How soon we forget, eh?
