I'm new to investing and to this board. I have an small IRA set up at TDAmeritrade and I have it growing. I'm a basic local real estate broker that sells some residential homes in Buffalo NY and surrounding areas, although interest lately in my career has been somewhat halted and my interest in investing is really got my attention. I believe good information should be shared and that if you help enough others get what they want, you get what you want while adding values to others. At the present moment, I've been struggling through a marital situation that has put me on a journey beyond all imagination. I'm kind, honest and a good friend. My faith has got me through most all situations and I wouldn't be the man I am today if it weren't for my mom. I've been around some of top realtors/speakers in the world, such as Craig Proctor, John Maxwell, Nick Vujicic. I've been calling family members, close friends and posted on 1 chat board called therxforum since 9/12/2011 in the financial forum. it's all documented so check it out when you have some time. Everybody has made significant gains since that time. I've requested that if you do make money with the information that you would consider donating stock to a local buffalo city mission called stlukesmissionofmercy dot org. From my understanding, donating stock to charity instead of cashing out and then give to charity helps with tax purposes?? Below are the facts and public information. The stock symbol is xxii and trading around $2.90. My brother Angelo is one of the largest shareholders of the company and doesn't really talk about it much. The owner of the company is Joseph Pandolfino and has been best friends with my brother since kindergarten. They fought Big Tabacco and won, were wiped out of millions of dollars, started a local raise and went public. They recently cut a deal with BTI, the 2nd largest Tobacco company in the world. They were getting royalties from a different Big Tabacco company from a product called QUEST cigarettes years ago, so in my opinion the products are already proven and work, that is why my passion is to share the information. They have applied for a NYSE listing today and IMO only, when the mutual fund owners are allowed to purchase this stock it will increase by 50%. Seeking Alpha and some others are taking big notice to this company.Read their articles, they explain it much better than I. I do my own research on xxii including looking at the sec reports that led me to some big investors that also own DARA and ADXS, I know nothing about those companies, although DARA went up over 300% recently on a reverse 5-1 split and adxs is up as well. Also, I bought stock in BTI, British American Tobacco(2nd in the world) because of the relationship with XXII. BTI pays a dividend. Enjoy!!!!!!! and don't forget about st lukes mission in Buffalo.
