FSP. I keep wavering on this one. Seems like it could be safe enough -- continuing small insider purchases anyway. Yield 6.5%. What I don't like is that the dividend hasn't increased in years. I have a nagging suspicion that I could and should do better than sticking with FSP. (more OHI?) Meanwhile I hold on to my few shares. === Fwiw, I'm watching Tangier Factory Outlet (SKT). Much lower yield than FSP. Different real estate business model of course. Maybe much more risky. Otoh, somewhat increasing dividends.
