Hi Grommit - I own both CCG and CCG-PA but missed the most recent buy (at/near their 52/wk low -:)). I heard an interview w/ the CEO that manages this new medial office REIT (DOC) and found it a compelling argument for owning this specific REIT sector. I have had a lot of success with MPW and DOC seems to be a similar offering.

Have you reviewed this REIT sector (ie medical office properties) and if so have you looked at DOC? The offering is pretty new so it is a bit difficult to evaluate their historical performance but their premise is that medical treatment in these urgent care facilities is cheaper than going to an emergency room facility located in/at a hospital.

I have no position in DOC but have been looking at this sector and DOC appears to be in a "growth" market especially w/ a business model that works well with Obama Care.

Do you have any opinion and based on your valuation method(s), does DOC meet any of your REIT investment criteria and/or are there red flags I might have missed? Link to DOC Web Site.

I was thinking of investing some of the proceeds from my PFE sale into this name. Yield for DOC is 7.2% w/ some good future growth prospects too.
