Bob, I think you are too dark-minded. The whole hi-tech sector is getting slaughtered today again. Look at S3's competitors. S3 is still the major player. I think that the current malaise will accelerate consolidation and re-alignment and the weaklings (I do not consider S3 a weakling) will fade away or will have to seek alliances. We are in for an interesting time, but we should not ignore the overall state of the market, because that is what is keeping S3 down. JMHO Jan
