Mattie,
I like BXP and CEI. Any time either of these pulls back 10-15% they are worth accumulating. Both are expensive when trading above 15 x FFO and should only be bought if you have a stomach for a 10-15% pullback before continuing the upturn. I like CEI under 35 and BXP under 31. These 2 command higher multiples due to the quality of the management and the actual properties.
BXP may not drop, so my advice is to buy 1/3 of you position now, add 1/3 on a breakout to a new high and then buy the next 1/3 in 3-6 months.
