My guess: as to why this stock fluctuates so much (as do a lot of small cap stocks). To illustrate my point I will give the following analogy:
If I approached you on Monday and indicated to you that I would give you $100 by Friday, how would you feel? Now, suppose Friday comes along and I actually give you $100. You'd be pretty damned happy I would think.
Now, if I approached you on Monday and indicated that I would give you $1,000,000 by Friday. Now, suppose Friday comes along and I only give you $100, how would you feel? Most people would be very disappointed. What people tend to focus on is that they DID NOT get $1,000,000! They fail to realize that they actually got $100 for free!
I think FTEL/DCTC are similar. With all the news/posts/info we had, there would be MAJOR players, news releases, etc. etc. at this meeting. When it failed to materialize, the meeting was viewed as "negative" in that it wasn't as positive as we were lead to believe. However, from what is being said, we need to re-focus on the fact that everything is still positive! |
