RTRX....

a variety of publications support the claim that Chenodal IS standard of care for CTX.

example.... ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

The plan may be to remove it from the market for gallstones and pursue the CTX orphan designation with an IND??? The release implies that it's not used for gallstones, despite being indicated for them.... "Chenodal.... is only used for CTX".

@GonzoVonLoob no, would love to learn more. we're going to launch newborn screening panel for CTX this yr. no patient should be undiagnosed

humorous to see a recent $ICPT presentation say CDCA is not approved in the US or EU. well, wrong: we're here. interceptpharma.com … page 8

Chenodal happens to be different from obeticholic acid by one ethyl group and we believe there is no functional difference between the drugs

it's very rare in healthcare to hear "you've been diagnosed with a rare and deadly disease... but there is a cure!" Chenodal is that.

cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis is a tragic disease & is underdiagnosed. a great treatment, Chenodal, exists, but diagnosis is often delayed

An aside.... does anyone feel that questions may come up in the Q&A about a report that PKAN patients are already being treated with RE-024 and about anecdote re. success?

Going to be one heck of an interesting conference call. :-)
