I kind of agree, but there is little for shorters or arbs left, and the more important point is that the warrants are exercised to get the maximum money to the company. The only action by the company that I would consider unethical would be to extend or change the warrant call to help warrant holders at the expense of stock holders. I think I agree pretty closely with your estimate for this quarter. Rod
