Cars can be recharged in 15 seconds: <I really think the electric car/truck is doomed to niche applications until they can figure out fast charging technologies - like under 15 minutes.> Just pull one battery out one side while pushing the recharged battery in the other side. It should be just a 7 second job.

With such a fast recharge, it could be done frequently, which means less capital cost of battery and car, less battery weight, with less vehicle weight, improved fuel economy.

With Halo recharging when parked at home or office or elsewhere, there would be no need for inconvenient cables. Just park and walk away.
