Satish, the answer is all of the above (CO and CPE)

CO = Central Office and CPE = (Customer Premise Equipment)

At the Atlanta N+I show, Aware had several X200 router modems on display. The X200 router modem is designed to communicate through Ethernet to either your PC or local area network. I believe that it currently goes for a grand (this is just a guess). This is not the splitterless modem. Jim Bender told me (at the booth) that Aware spent a lot of money on the physical housing to produce a commericially viable product. So this is a finished product and not a simple prototype. I would imagine that Aware is currently furiously working on a commericial implementation of the splitterless model, because that appears to be where the market is quickly moving to. Aware has already demonstrated a working prototype of the "splitterless" modem.
