ARCP: Grommit, fwiw, I'll follow some of the guys on the income and dividend threads and will step up now for a few starting shares of triple-net reit ARCP. I'll guess the increased dividend is sustainable, and I sometimes Iike to bet on an aggressive aggregator in a sector (which ARCP apparently is).
