Yep, near nil net effect, what was next 12 months legal expenses instead go to STM. Still, benefit is getting rid of the legal risk, and freeing up management time to focus on productive work.

Worth noting the commentary on the microphone side re paying ADI upto $70M depending on near-term sales, low probability on anything being paid. For me the big wildcard going forward is how quickly and to what size they can grow the microphone business. Their main standalone microphone competitor Knowles are due to be spun out (IPO) of Dover Corp before long, should create a better way for us to monitor whats going on in that space.
