Rob, No doubt. It is a bargain at these levels, but then there are many more bargains out there. My best guess is that the professional traders are starting to accumulate these bargains and come January you will see some upgrades. S3 may not have been attractive at say 12, but without any changed fundamentals it should be a lot more attractive at 5 or 6. Also, their competition isn't doing much better and several of them are weaker, relatively speaking. Unless of course the global economy is about to fall apart. If that is the case than having cash instead of S3 and the likes won't be any good either. So we can take our pick. JMHO Jan
