Honesty!!!! Do you know how many House Democrats took their salaries during the shutdown in spite of saying publicly that "they do not expect to be paid" when Federal workers are not being paid. Right now we have crooks in DC. Maybe that is why many are coming out against re running for their seats. They are disgusted with dishonesty.
