Hello Mark! Here is the site for NASDAQ small cap listing requirements. nasdaq.com When I spoke with Ira (CEO) this morning, he said FAMH already meets all the requirements for Small Cap Listing except for stock price. I think we will see $1.50 to $2.00 by the end of January. Just my opinion, of course. Best wishes, Brad
