You must be high and dry like me. That's Ok, I'm already looking forward to some corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick's day. BTW, you have to cook the corned beef about twice as long as the grocery package says to get it really tender and juicy. If you don't like the holiday, fine, make some tonight. The only problem I have is saving enough left overs for Rubin sandwiches...
