Bill,

We are thinking alike.

I do not know the annual salary of the senior management, but
would think at least $ 100,000, maybe higher. Plus I think they
receive stock options based upon performance and key objectives
being met - this was in a 10-Q report filed earlier in year (Mar. ?).

I saw that $ .20 price you mentioned once before - without a buildout
and only 17 markets. I didn't buy any additional for "fear" of it
being a loser and CH 7. See how it bounced back.

Today, I still am optimistic - they have their markets built, they can keep the licenses builtout, maybe even all if the FCC doesn't turn against them. MOOR has shown a good-faith effort.
For the next three (3) weeks, I see nothing but price declines across the board, from IBM and CPQ right down to MOOR and below.
Look at the market now - it's 1:06 PM EST and DOW is down 141
points. IBM down 5, CPQ dn 3 3/8, and MOOR down to $ .57.

END OF YEAR TAX-SELLING
FRUSTRATION WITH BOUNCING ABOVE/BELOW $ 1
ASIAN CRISIS spooking everyone. Like THAT will impact MOOR.

The list could go on I'm sure - but I bought MOOR for the management team and their vision. I knew this thing was a crap-shot
from day 1, but also knew that IF the mgt team could pull it off, that
MOOR would take off. On its own merit OR from a buyout to prevent
customer loss to NexTel, ATT, etc..

"WE" are presented with another $ .20 "opportunity time". Yes,
it looks gloomy. Yes, there are doubts. Yes, we think this is throwing good money after bad. BUT, ask this, what IF 1998 sees revenue growth. Remember, all management promised in 1997 was to buildout the infrastructure to keep as many licenses as possible in the primary markets. THEY MADE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISE.
Now they have promised to begin customer acquisition.
I gamble they will do this too, although this action may take a year.
So be it - just DO IT. If I have to wait two (2) years to see $ 3 / share,
it will definitely be worth the wait.

Do as you think right, but I bought 5K yesterday at $ .64, and have
an order pending for 5K at $ .56 just in case it keeps dropping.
That will do me - out of available funds to buy MOOR (or any other stock). Have no choice but watch and wait.

Until MOOR becomes an operational company with full disclosures,
we are all going to have to trust it and go with tolerance of risk.
Right now, MOOR is a developmental company which so far has
given all indications of actively building and doing what is says it will do.

Time will either make me a savvy "investor" who sees a good long-term opportunity and sticks with it, OR, a complete
contraceptive mishap bufoon.

SOME BRIGHT CHOICES I FACE, HUH ???

LETS RIDE THIS ONE FOR THE GOLD - GO AHEAD, BUY SOME MOOR !!! RIDE THE MECHANICAL BULL - it's set on 10.0 level.

Best !!!

DAN

ps. I was trying to reach Alison today with some questions.
Will post her replys if I can connect.
