From today's DJNS:

"One result is that continuing benefits to FedEx from the UPS strike have been undercut. The company says it has retained 10% to 15% of the surge of new business it picked up during the strike, but most of that volume is in the new three-day category, where margins have been squeezed by start-up costs. "

Another word, the new 3-day service is well-positioned to take some business away from the UPS.

The stock is down today - thanks to DJNS' negative spin - but not to worry. FedEx is a great e-Commerce play, and getting better.
