It has not. The 2010 estimate was 800,000 FTE jobs lost (which was bad enough), but finally, CBO was convinced by a little known economist in Chicago that their numbers were totally wrong and they increased the estimate to 2.5 Million. The little known economist in Chicago has come out said, "They're still wrong by half, but it is a hell of lot better than it was."

Per usual, the winger interpretation is wrong. Do some research.
