Whoa... the proposed deal is $12 in stock, NOT cash! And, it's stock in a company that I don't believe has the same future prospects as a stand alone as ABTE does. As far as any deal is concerned, I say show me the cash or I'll wait a bit for ABTE to get to $12 and above on its own merits.
