That post doesn't go to my main point that Mainstream Protestant groups (Presbyterians, Methodists, and Episcopalians) have "evolved" on women's role in Christiandom and the trend is for greater equality for females in those Churches. I agree with your point. The issue of same sex marriage is the equality issue that divides these denominations right now.
