Thanks Shootie,

I passed the info onto my buddy, but decided it wasn't for me. My needs are met with what I have at the current time. Trying to "de-clutter" with thoughts of renting my house out seasonally in the wintertime down the road and spending my winters where it is friggin warmer! Expecting another 5" of snow later today, already thigh high.
