It has been a brutal winter in the north with heating costs often exceeding your mortgage or rent. Bet even more folks will be moving either south or to the west coast. Many obviously bring their businesses with them. As to the high tech incubators and innovators no doubt is a specialized niche needing certain levels of education and creativity in the local community. Agree with you most markets don't come close to playing at that level.. I didn't realize even Zillow is a Seattle based company.. Interesting
