Question - I don't care if Terry Dillon was in Africa at the times stated (see below,) but I find it somewhat troubling that Mr Dillon would intentionally try to leave potential investors with the impression that he actually was present in Africa - along with several officials of his company at the times notated - when he surely was not there. Why does it bother me? Because this kind of a statement gives us a false impression as to the facts - and that amounts to a deception.

Terry Dillon stated on 1/30/2014 "Also, I will be taking the three Primary Project Managers with me on this trip. The purpose of this is to formally introduce them to the parties they will be working with for project execution, and to insure no questions or concerns go unanswered. I will follow up with additional update no later than Monday."

He goes on to say "Well Sirs and Ma'ms. We are still here and working. Not sure if any of you have ever done business in the third world." And "We are still here doing what we are supposed to be doing, focusing on creating value for our shareholders and note holders."
