Pretty dumb here, but I don't see how the shorts have to supply any warrants. They were created,
there is no where to trade them, they don't trade along with the shares, they still belong to the person
who owned the shares when they were created.

I owned 17,000 shares when they were created, own 20,400 now, and have traded at least 30k since they showed up in my account.
1700 warrants still just sitting there.
