It turns out it was just another lazy leftist union teacher that said it was just a "typo" even though that's just a spelling mistake and this problem used the wrong words, mixed up the cafeteria with the gym and forgot to provide the total number of rows in either the cafeteria or the gym. If written correctly the answer would have been 3/5. Meanwhile because of the teacher's laziness, at least 30 households were disrupted for at least an hour.
