The final judgments found Williams, Monk's Den, and First In Awareness jointly and severally liable for disgorgement of $2,357,208 in ill-gotten gains plus prejudgment interest of $188,766, ordered each to pay a civil penalty of $2,357,208, and imposed a penny stock bar on Williams.
