I just can't fathom this? We had a stock that matched a 12 month high, only 8 weeks ago, and dives 67% to the low of the year. It's incredible. Fundamentally, I personally don't like the shift of the company's focus in the last 12 months... But when you can acquire an ongoing business (Kodak/OCR) and related technologies and patents, for $300,000 cash, and 575,000 shares of common stock issuance to Kodak... you do it in a heartbeat. What we've got now is a real business, that can show real growth. All the neural networking patents and technology still remain with ADSO.
