To All: The best response to the SEC reporting bulletin board stock scare is to call a few companies and see what they are up to. I talked to people at NUTK and MBHC today. It is clear both companies know there is a limited time to get their annual and quarterly reports filed. Both companies are making SEC filing the first priority. And both are looking to have them done by Feb, 1998. And both companies are delaying further acquistions and changes that would happen in this quarter in order to get the financials done. If you review many of the stocks which are close to filing and that are often mentioned on these posts, such as FAMH,MDCE,and CSMA to name a few,they are all putting the new SEC filing requirements as a first priority. The management of these stocks have been given guidelines by the SEC and seem to need to fulfill them sometime in the first quarter of 1998. I posted my new conversations with the NUTK and MBHC under their respective threads. Happy trading. YOYO
