how effective is the management of syntel. if husband and wife own 80% of the shares, that may not necessarily be a good thing. they might think that they already have plenty of money, even if synt goes to 5. i own syntel long, but i would like to know if anyone of you have actually met or talked with the ceo, cfo, or any other management personnel (a la imrs). thanks.
