Richard, the last time I visited the Maxam site in Oct, I mentioned on the thread that I thought they were several months away, which was then subsequently announced. During that visit, I saw a new area being laid out for pad pouring for equip and controls. The mills were not able to be operated, but the superstructure for loading was near complete. Trailers had been moved about, etc, etc.
I am now planning to be in Phoenix the week of Jan 12, and plan to again visit the site. With production now planned for the end of the first quarter, I expect to see additional developments on site to support startup. I mention this to alert you and some others so that if there are some specific things you all think I should look for or ask about, please let me know over the next couple weeks.
Will also try to get up to MG's crater. Ron W
