Not clear what is the ingredient that makes it happen.

Costs of living so out of whack now in Boston and The Bay Area. Something has to give. Maybe $19B Google paying for an app is near the top for this social media bubble.. I find it all amazing what this world has come to on so many levels. What do you think the odds are of Zillow growing into a monster company like a Amazon? Seems like the winner take all new technology winners putting so many out of business but can Zillow do this to the powerful realtor lobby?
