Here is what NAMX faces in the next 6 months(if the SEC passes the proposed measures, which in all likelihodd, they will)
$4 million in net tangible assets or $750,000 in net income in 2 of the last 3 years or a market cap. of at least 50 million. . 1 million shares in public float valued at $5 mil. or greater. And finally, $1 bid price requirement(this is the stickler). So basically, NAMX has until June of '98 to get their price above $1. If they don't, they can file a 3 month extension(Ebeling seems to like these) to try and boost their share price above $1. If these requirements are NOT met, NAMX and any other company will be delisted from the exchange. I would like to make a gentleman's bet with ANYONE that NAMX will be delisted by this time next year. I just don't see Ebeling & Co. adhering to these stringent and most just requirements...
