Corel bought back over $5 million CDN (you may say so what...NOVL bought theirs at $12 1/2 - $15 and loookie what happened to them).

I'd say a company buying back their stock only to have it go lower is a strong bearish indicator.

It shows a company in denial, which hasn't even started looking at the reasons why their endeavours are not paying off. Rather than trying to find what exactly is wrong with their current offerings, they go about talking of their "huge installed base", "loyal customers", and "better technology" among other self-soothing incantations.

Look at Air Canada...went as low as $1.20 - $1.40 before rebounding to $15.

It did not. AC lowest point is $4.00 a share.
