Eli, I mentioned turning Schulman over to the appropriate authorities to Gary Larkin about two weeks ago. However, Larkin mentioned that if I turned in Schulman then this would result in an investigation and most likely ruin his chances of getting financing for the West Group acquisition. After all, who would invest money in a company being investigated by the SEC or NASD (whoever). I would prefer to wait until we see how Larkin does. He's committed to getting the shareholders made whole and even have a profit from their investment. When we get out of this in one piece then I would love to turn in Mr. Stanley for all his shenanigans. All the best, Gary
