Hi Sultan - Looks like he was the scapegoat for the Board's failure to negotiate and approve the new Shafter loan. Hopefully, they now have resolved this fiasco w/ better terms but w/ this announcement it appears that current talks may have fallen apart. They better get something on the table before rates increase. EKS
