Complete poppycock... and you can got back look right here on SI the way Greenspans policies created a bubble and kept rates artificially low... but dream on. Of course it wouldn't be relevant to YOUR conversation, but its relevant to anyone who wants to know how we could have possiblly arrived at a point where when the economy was in an incredibly weak spot while rates were already so low as to be of little help as a policy tool ('08), then it VERY relevant. Then they blame obama for stimulus... when the fed had essentially NO policy alternatives due to Greenspan/Bernanke.... the fact is REAGAN appointed the guy, after being lobbied like nutz....and he was a disaster, as opposed to Carter's guy... if you can't own that, go pound sand will you??
