They were my assumptions and/or conclusions . . . leaving for personal reasons is "code" for something is not quite right. It could be a good thing if he was totally responsible for the lousy financing deal(s) but as an interim COO for Finance, I suspect he came in later to fix previous problems. Either he and/or the Board did not like what was accomplished and/or what he was doing was not working and/or his work was completed so he decided to leave. Shareholders will learn more in weeks/months but eventually the reasons will come to the surface. The stock has been strong up substantially in the last 30 days so it could be that his work is/was completed. EKS
