Maybe. But again its irrelevant to the conversation that was going on before you brought up Greenspan. The conversation was about deficits during and before the Reagan administration, and to a lesser extent it was about the early 80s recession, and the interest rate increases by Volker leading up to the recession. Greenspan has nothing to do with any of that.
