Soros is right about the impossibility of developing any sort of economic rules based on market behaviours

...but he sidesteps, for obvious reasons perhaps, the elephant in the room

As long as the forces of greed are allowed to impinge on market behaviours, either thru policy manipulation, illegal or uneconomic transacting or simply failure to regulate, the pigs will game the system and derive an uneconomic benefit that makes theoretical market equilibrium or efficient markets impossible to achieve

..it always comes down to the same flaw, unregulated greed, why capitalism is anathema to classical economic behaviour
