Thomas,

I would like to also laud the SAC oversite brought to us by Ron R. It is great to have someone willing to spend the time to bring in credible information we can trust.

On the other hand it is hard to pass up applause for those like Randall who bring to us technical calls that allow us to look forward to purchases at a predictably cheaper price. Even a few cents with these 1-3 dollar stocks makes a huge difference when 10-20,000shares are purchased at a time-not to mention the commission. We are all interested in averaging at the lowest price possible. I watch/listen closely for opportunities to purchase stocks with hopefully bright futures at the best price possible. Since no stock goes up in a straight line, it behooves all of us to watch for those dips and to keep an eye out for those BB contributors/writers who seem to be better connected than we are.

But price of the stock isn't everything. The commission one pays also plays a huge role in the profit one makes on the way out especially if conditions arise when the stock is affected by unforeseen negative circumstances than drive it down to a hopelessly low range. Which brings me to another point raised in the attached essays. Ron refers to Randall and others as "penny pinchers". I think that statement was not only provoked by Randand's(Randall) forecast but by the scathing review a few messages earlier made by the GRNO IR, Spencer_____. Spencer was unhappy with someone suggesting that Deep Discounters could be used but were not always willing to split the spread, and the suggestion that a web site for stock trades could be established to influence the Market Makers'(MM's) to narrow the Bid/Ask spread. I think I got the impression that Spencer feels we owe it to the full service guys, the MM's, and the promoters, because they promote the stock and without them the stock would flounder.I think an exact quote of what he really said is, "CPGF 'Cheap People Get ______". That, IMHO is as Randall stated is "faulty thought". While it is true that the more market maker s who are willing to handle the stock the betterwe are. In reality the volumes of this stock in the last few weeks is probably more affected by bulletin board chatter that it is by other promotion. Albeit the announcement of the EXXOn interaction gave quite a stir. In fact, the volume was nonexistant until Ron (working for free I might add) organized the SAC and began e-mail information exchange. And the contrary to what some say there are deep discounters who are willing to split the spread. This is essential when unreasonable MM's feel that a 25cent-50cent spread for a <$3 stock is appropriate to make the necessary profits. I bet Ron went from >$3 dollar average down to $2 by splitting a few spreads. The <$30 commission plus the split of the spread is best. I make no apology for this method of thought that gives me close to a %100 return most years.

Just a few thoughts,

Marlin Harmon
