Interesting... I was able to click the x on the ad and it asked if I wanted to turn it off or keep the ads on to support "extension developer" whatever that is..... I clicked and told them to not show the ads anywhere. Putting ads on other people's web sites seems like theft.... I wonder if that is part of Google Chrome as I've been getting these ads here for several weeks and wondered why SI went back on their word to not advertise to lifetime accounts... Now it seems to have been something unrelated to SI and related to Google.
