I'm for cutting off welfare going forward (one's on it keep it) one year from an announced date. IMHO that would change the culture of dependency. Draconian as it is I think it's our only hope to cure a cultural disease that will eventually kill America. In any event I wish the political parties would address this issue with alternate solutions/visions. Just letting it be is not the long term answer I would like to be wrong about this.
