Most billionaires claim residence in the MSA's like NYC, LA, SF, Miami, Boston, DC and Dallas. Wealth disparity is far greater I would imagine compared to most anywhere in rural or deep south America both logically plus my observations from all my travels. Just in Florida FYI the incredible wealth disparity from third world to age Gilded Age elites you'd see within a matter of blocks in very blue Miami or West Palm Beach would stun most Americans. You just don't see this in most of the country Ted..
