Look at what happened to JFK when he crossed them, then look at what transpired under LBJ and Nixon to appease the elites.. Everyone since except Carter has been a lapdog for the Plutocrats..But alas this is a RE investing board. The Plutocrats want to reflate RE to all time highs everywhere suck as much of the added equity in their pocket make us all indentured debt slaves over time..
