.........But the winner of that special election, state Del. Lynwood Lewis, D, left another vacancy behind him, which Virginia voters filled last night. The Republican candidate, Robert Bloxom, crushed Democrat Willie Randall, 60 to 40 percent, despite the fact that the district had gone 54 percent for President Obama in 2012 and 55 percent for Tim Kaine for Senate.
