Not exactly true if you want to count industrial accidents which are exceedingly rare, by any measure insignificant and aren't limited to fracking (in fact, accidents can happen in practically any industrial scenario).

To claim that fracking causes contamination, well, that simply hasn't been shown. While it is true that, for example, a lousy cement job can cause contamination, they're rare and drillers are highly motivated to avoid such problems.

Fracking does not make water burn. There are thousands of possible industrial accidents, including one coming to a highway near you, that could make water burn.
