What you posted was a HUFFINGTON POST, liberal nutjob blog entry, who is essentially doing the same as what you're doing on a mass marketed basis -- using naive readers to gin up ad revenue, they have stirred the pot just as you're doing.

Would you please tell me exactly what in the lawsuit you're referring to? I would appreciate the precise text and some idea where you found it. It is a long document, I have read over it (taking only a few minutes) and I didn't find anything that indicated fracking was more than a boilerplate reference. You are claiming it is. So, would you please tell me PRECISELY what you're referring to.

If you can't do that, let's end this here as it is a total waste of your time and mine.
