If you see that back-up offer only on certain web sites, it might be a valid advertisement that you should just ignore. If it pops up no matter where you go on the Internet, then you probably have some kind of infection on your computer. Rerun Malwarebytes. The video player update window might be valid. You don't mention what video player you are using. Log off of the Internet and open the video player. Is there a "check for updates" option (often found in the Help drop down menu)? If there is an update option, select it. B.K.
